Pierre Barreau qualified from the National Veterinary School of Nantes in 1985 and gained his European Diploma in Surgery in 1993. He has been working in referral practice since 1987, most recently in northern France. He brings a wealth of experience to North Kent Referrals and we are looking forward to developing this service further under his auspices.

Pierre has published widely in the peer-reviewed literature, and has contributed chapters to text books. He is an internationally recognised speaker, and additionally, regularly fulfils speaking engagements in his native country.

Pierre is happy to see a wide variety of soft tissue and orthopaedic accessions and is experienced in multiple treatment options for orthopaedic conditions, including triple pelvic osteotomy, total hip replacement, standard cruciate repair, TPLO and internal and external fracture fixation techniques.
